Overview:
Home is a web experience that helps J&J employees stay up to date with every aspect of work life. With the personalized feed, employees have easy access to view their daily tasks, stay updated with organization news & initiatives by browsing through their feed.
In addition to staying connected with the org, employees can easily connect with others through portable profile, increasing the opportunity for better collaboration and career development.
For those who need support or answers to questions, a chatbot is available to help support every employee at anytime.
Research
We conducted multiple co-creation sessions with employees across different functions within J&J to understand their wants.
Some common themes started to surface:
Users want to be able to connect with their colleagues to collaborate easier.
Employees want to feel inspired by the various initiatives that happen all year round.
Employees want personalized content such as Organization news or Local news.
